BCBidConduitClear scope. Confident bids.

THE BIDCONDUIT PROMISE

Your plans deserve
professional care.

We treat your plans and pricing as confidential, make assumptions and missing information visible, and confirm scope, price, and delivery before work begins. You retain control of the final bid.

Confidential by practice

We use project information to review and deliver the work you request. We do not sell it or publish your plans, rates, or project details as marketing without permission.

Clear assumptions

Missing inputs stay visible in your checklist. An uploaded file or completed field is information supplied, not a guarantee that the scope or pricing has been verified.

Your approval matters

We confirm the engagement in writing. Your team retains responsibility for final pricing, proposal approval, and bid submission.

Information we collect

When you sign in, we receive an account identifier, email address, and a name if supplied by the sign-in provider. The intake collects the business contact details, job and shop locations, plans, pricing inputs, answers, and attachments you choose to provide. It also stores project status, document review notes, a recent activity history, and creation/update times. Temporary request counters and upload reservations help control abuse. Hosting and sign-in providers may process technical connection and security information under their own policies.

Why we use it

We use this information to save your progress, review the requested work, resolve missing inputs, prepare agreed estimating services, communicate about the project, and maintain business records. Contact details entered here are for project communication; the intake does not subscribe you to marketing.

Who can access it

The portal checks the signed-in account before allowing access to a project or download. Your submitting account and the authorized BidConduit reviewer can access your project. Our hosting, storage, sign-in, email, and any configured private malware-scanning service process information needed to operate their services. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect against fraud or unauthorized access.

The portal uses OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare storage and ChatGPT sign-in. Email sent to plans@getbidconduit.com is handled through Porkbun email. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not promise that information stays within a particular country or that third-party services never retain technical records.

Security measures and limits

The portal uses sign-in, server-side project access checks, a restricted reviewer role, protected file downloads, upload size and file-signature checks, account request limits, limits on simultaneous uploads, and safeguards against cross-site changes. Private project responses are marked not to be cached. The application does not publish uploaded files to a public document directory or execute uploaded content.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. File-signature checks are not antivirus scanning, and a document marked “Checked for scope” has only been reviewed for project suitability. Files remain unavailable for normal download until a configured private scanner returns a clearance for the matching file. An unavailable or failed scan does not release the file. Scanning cannot guarantee that a document is safe. This notice does not claim a security certification, a completed independent audit, or special regulatory approval. Report suspected unauthorized access to plans@getbidconduit.com.

Share only what the project needs

Please use role-based crew rates rather than employees’ personal payroll records. Do not upload passwords, Social Security numbers, bank or card details, patient records, classified information, or documents that require a specially approved environment. Ask us about project restrictions before sharing.

Confidentiality agreements and software tools

If an NDA, owner restriction, or special handling requirement applies, arrange written acceptance before uploading those documents. The intake stores your files and answers; it does not automatically analyze uploaded plans with AI. Any restrictions on estimating tools, AI-assisted processing, or sharing with other service providers should be agreed before the work begins.

Retention, corrections, and deletion

Saved projects remain available so you can return to them. You can correct project answers and remove attachments in the portal. To request a copy or deletion of a whole project or account information, email plans@getbidconduit.com. We will verify the request and explain any information that must be retained for the engagement, legal obligations, or a dispute. Backup and provider records may persist according to their retention practices; this portal does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule. The authorized reviewer can export a passphrase-encrypted project recovery copy, including held files. The passphrase is used for that export and is not stored by the application. Exported copies must be stored privately and included in the agreed retention process; automatic backups are not enabled.

Cookies and tracking

The portal depends on the hosting and sign-in providers’ session mechanisms to keep you signed in. We have not added advertising pixels, behavioral advertising tools, or marketing analytics to the intake.

Before work begins

Submitting an intake requests a review. It does not automatically accept a project, charge a fee, promise a turnaround, or create a construction contract. Scope, fees, deliverables, revision limits, responsibilities, and any confidentiality requirements must be agreed in writing. Estimating support is not licensed design, engineering certification, or a guarantee of bid accuracy or award.
